Onboarding time will vary based on your current setup, but we can typically have your core shop management system usable within about an hour<\/strong> while we continue refining the rest in the background. If you do not receive the questionnaire within a few hours after a successful order, please give us a call.<\/p>\n

      Domain names & DNS<\/h3>\n

      None of our plans include domain name registration fees.<\/p>\n

      If you already have a domain name registered (e.g. yourshop.com<\/code>), we can absolutely use it\u2014but you\u2019ll either need to point it at our servers or give us login access for the account you use to manage it and we can help make the changes.<\/p>\n

      If you do not<\/strong> yet have a domain, we highly recommend Cloudflare for registration. They\u2019re typically very cost-effective and make it easy for you to retain full legal ownership while authorizing us to manage DNS.<\/p>\n
