PLEASE NOTE; new customers are required to pay a one time setup fee, this can be waived with a term requirement contract. After beginning your subscription you will receive an automated email with questionnaire (details we need to get the ball rolling), once we receive your response to that we will call you to collect payment and get any final info we need to begin deployment, Enterprise Customers onboarding time will vary, but we can get your shop management system usable in an hour.
If you do not receive the questionnaire within a few hours after successful order please give us a call.

 

The Enterprise Plan includes everything in the Standard Plan plus advanced setup, full integrations, and custom workflow adjustments. We create a maintained “Frog-Fork” of the platform — meaning your shop receives a version of Frogwerks that matches your business processes, communication style, and operational flow.

This plan is for established or high-volume shops that know exactly how they want to run — and want the software to fit them instead of the other way around.

Included:

• Full Frogwerks platform + all Standard features

• Integrated Point-of-Sale / Payment Processing Setup

• Inventory, accounting, tax, and/or QuickBooks integrations

• Migration of your existing service history and inventory records

• A maintained customized workflow version of Frogwerks

• Direct access to developers for help and adjustments

• Priority support response

• Performance accommodations for heavy throughput (high appointment load, large staff, frequent invoicing, etc.)

None of Our Plans Include Domain Name Registration Fees

If you already have a domain name registered (ie website.com) we can absolutely use it, but you’ll need to point it at our servers or give us login for whatever account you use to manage it and we can help, If you do not yet have a name registered we highly recommend cloudflare.com as they have the best priced on registration and once registered, you can authorize us to manage it easily, this is the preferred route of many customers because they have legal ownership of the name, however we are more then happy to handle the domain name registration for you as well, just know there will be an extra cost depending on cost of domain name (they are not all the same price).
