Please note: New customers pay a one-time setup fee. This can be waived with a term contract. After you complete your subscription order, you’ll receive an automated email with a short questionnaire (the details we need to get the ball rolling). Once we receive your response, we’ll call you to get any final info we need to begin deployment.
Onboarding time will vary based on your current setup, but we can typically have your core shop management system usable within about an hour while we continue refining the rest in the background. If you do not receive the questionnaire within a few hours after a successful order, please give us a call.
Premier Plan
The Premier Plan includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus higher-touch support, deeper integrations, and help tuning Shopwerks to the way your shop already runs.
This plan is for established or high-volume shops that know how they want things done — and want the software and support team to match that.

Domain names & DNS
None of our plans include domain name registration fees.
If you already have a domain name registered (e.g. yourshop.com), we can absolutely use it—but you’ll either need to point it at our servers or give us login access for the account you use to manage it and we can help make the changes.
If you do not yet have a domain, we highly recommend Cloudflare for registration. They’re typically very cost-effective and make it easy for you to retain full legal ownership while authorizing us to manage DNS.
We’re also happy to handle domain registration for you if you prefer—just note there will be an extra charge based on the cost of the specific domain (they’re not all the same price).
