Customers can check themselves in, sign work authorization digitally, and update their contact info without staff intervention. When staff is signed in, those same tools streamline service writing and repair authorization entry.

Every customer and every unit has a complete history. Your customers also get their own portal where they can follow progress, approve work, and view service and parts history.

What truly sets Frogwerks apart is how your system is hosted.
Unlike big-box software that runs everyone’s data inside a shared cloud cluster, every Frogwerks shop receives its own dedicated Virtual Machine (VM). This means:
- No shared databases with other shops
- No multi-tenant vulnerabilities
- No “your data is on someone else’s server in someone else’s building”
Your VM runs on our privately owned infrastructure located in underground, hardened facilities with redundant power, redundant networking, and physical access restricted to a single authorized engineer.
Backups are handled at multiple layers:
- Frequent system-level checkpoints
- Annual (or more frequent depending on plan) full offline VM export stored completely outside the running infrastructure
- Additional replication to a separate geographic site (currently in construction) for true geographic redundancy
This architecture isn’t something the “big platforms” can offer. They are locked into third-party cloud licensing and multi-tenant SaaS economics. We’re not. Our system has been built and refined for years (see our History) — and because we own the stack, we can give you isolation, performance, and security at a level far beyond our price point.
